FocusEnvironment Group

The CIR team hosted a webinar organized by the Sant'Anna "FocusEnvironment Group".

The event took place on the 17th March 2021, from 3 to 5.30 pm, on Webex.

During the webinar, three working papers written by Sant'Anna researchers were presented and discussed by their fellow researchers and other participants:

- Recognition and protection of environmental migrants in international law: A long-lasting swing between urgency and postponement, written by Chiara Scissa and presented by Andrea Saba;

- Climate Change, Individual Preferences, and Procrastination, written by Fausto Corvino and presented by Gürkan Çapar;

- The ‘Last Judgment’: Early reflections on upcoming climate litigation in Italy, written by Riccardo Luporini and presented by Michela Biscosi.
