On the 9th of July, in the afternoon, the CIR team held webinar on 'Interlegal balancing'.
The webinar was devoted to the discussion of Gabriel Encinas' CIR Working Paper on the subject-matter. After his presentation, Dr. Orlando Scarcello provided some comments and suggestions.
In the second part of the event, there was an interesting debate, in which most of the participants shared their doubts and their thoughts on Gabriel Encinas' CIR Working Paper and, more generally, on the topic of the relations between different legal order.
Gabriel Encinas and other participants showed their willingness to investigate further this complex topic in the future.
