The CIR team is delighted to announce its first webinar on “PSPP judgment and Inter-legality“, which will take place on the 15th of June, 10.00-12.30 via Webex.
The seminar will be devoted to the discussion of the groundbreaking PSPP decision of the German Federal Constitutional Court of 5 May 2020 from the perspective of inter-legality. The decision will be presented by Dr. Orlando Scarcello, with subsequent remarks by Prof. Edoardo Chiti. The session will be moderated by Prof. Gianluigi Palombella.
