The CIR team is pleased to invite you to the seminar Sentenza 269/2017 della Corte costituzionale italiana e doppia pregiudizialità, on the 20th of March 2022, from 09:30am. The event is organized in collaboration between the CIR LUISS Research Unit and the Jean Monnet Chair Understanding EU Law in Practice: EU Rights in Action before Courts, of Prof. Daniele Gallo.

The event will be chaired by Prof. Nicola Lupo (LUISS) and introduced by Prof. Giovanni Piccirilli (LUISS, CIR) and Prof. Daniele Gallo (LUISS, Jean Monet). The discussion panels will be held by a diversity of high-level scholars, such as Prof. Giorgio Repetto (Università di Perugia e Assistente di studio presso la Corte Costituzionale), Prof.ssa Diletta Tega (Università di Bolgona), Dr. Livia Lorenzoni (Università Roma Tre), Prof. Michele Massa (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore), Prof. Giuseppe Martinico (Sant'Anna), Prof. Chiara Amalfitano (Università degli studi di Milano) and Dr. Lorenzo Cecchetti (LUISS).
