Inter-order Frontiers, Global Ecological Concerns and the Transformation of Law

The CIR team is glad to invite you to the forthcoming workshop ‘Inter-order Frontiers, Global Ecological Concerns and the Transformation of Law’. It takes place the 9th and 10th of March in Aula 6 in Sede Centrale.

The I session (9th March, 14.30- 18.00) ‘Democracy, Inter-Legality and Global Concern’will be chaired by Antonello Tancredi (Università di Milano Bicocca). The speakers are Jan Klabbers (University of Helsinki), Gianluigi Palombella (Scuola Sant’Anna), Maria Varaki (King's College London) and Susanna Cafaro (Università del Salento).

The II session (10th March, 9.00- 13.30) ‘Theory, Governance and Regulation: the case of Ecology and the Green Deal' will be chaired by Gianluigi Palombella (Scuola Sant’Anna). The speakers are Louis Kotzé (The New Institute, Hamburg), Olivia Woolley (University of Durham), Maurizia De Bellis (Università di Roma Tor Vergata) and Edoardo Chiti (Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna).

The III session (10th March, 14.30-18.00) 'Re-Orientating through Inter-legality?' will be chaired by Alberto Di Martino (Scuola Sant’Anna). The speakers are Maurizio Arcari (Università Milano Bicocca),Raffaele Bifulco (Luiss Guido Carli), Alessandro Bufalini (Università della Tuscia), Edoardo Chiti (Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna), Stefania Ninatti (Università di Milano Bicocca), Gianluigi Palombella (Scuola Sant’Anna) and Alberto Spinosa (Università della Tuscia).
